    Graphene 石墨烯

     

    石墨烯(graphene)是由單層碳原子緊密堆積成二維蜂窩狀晶格結(jié)構(gòu)的一種碳質(zhì)新材料,是構(gòu)建其它維度碳質(zhì)材料(如零維富勒烯、一維碳納米管、三維石墨)的基本單元。石墨烯具有優(yōu)異的電學(xué)、熱學(xué)和力學(xué)性能,可望在高性能納電子器件、復(fù)合材料、場(chǎng)發(fā)射材料、氣體傳感器及能量存儲(chǔ)等領(lǐng)域獲得廣泛應(yīng)用。由于其獨(dú)特的二維結(jié)構(gòu)和優(yōu)異的晶體學(xué)質(zhì)量,石墨烯蘊(yùn)含了豐富而新奇的物理現(xiàn)象,為量子電動(dòng)力學(xué)現(xiàn)象的研究提供了理想的平臺(tái),具有重要的理論研究?jī)r(jià)值。因此,石墨烯迅速成為材料科學(xué)和凝聚態(tài)物理領(lǐng)域近年來的研究熱點(diǎn)。
